2020 League Season

League shooting at the Club will start the first Tuesday and Wednesday night in June.
There will be a few changes and restrictions as we attempt to adhere to the county restrictions on what can and cannot be done.
1. The schedule will be shortened to 12 weeks.  See the new schedules below.
2020 Tuesday Handicap Trap Schedule – 12WK
2020 Wednesday Handicap Trap Schedule – 12WK
2. We are going to continue to ask that shooters are only at the Club no sooner than 30 minutes prior to their team’s scheduled shoot time. Also, unless they have another team to shoot for, to stay no longer than 15 minutes after their team has completed shooting.  There will be spots designated to sit while each squad of a team is shooting.  These are to help maintain the social distancing while outside.  The second squad will be able to sit behind the trap while first squad is shooting and vice versa.
3. We are going to suggest that masks still be worn outside unless you are shooting, but if anyone needs to enter the Club House, masks will be required still.  We will not have masks for everyone, so please come prepared.
4. Shoot ahead requirements for the 8:00, 8:30 and 9:00 time slots will not be enforced this season.  Shoot aheads will continue to be scheduled ahead of time just like open shooting is now.  Please continue to call 715-318-5081 to schedule any shoot ahead rounds.
5. To ensure that everyone can get their scores in and the teams are not hurt by a shooter choosing not to shoot due to concerns about their health, make up scores will be allowed this year.  You will have to schedule a make up round just like a shoot ahead round and indicate which week it will count for.  If a shooter misses a week, that week will remain blank until they shoot a designated make up score.
6. There will be tables designated for the score card pick up.  We will ask that only one team member retrieve the score card to limit the number of people entering the club house.  The rest of the team can pick their spots and sign in on the sheet before they head out to shoot.
7. Weather permitting, there will be a spot where shooting tickets can be purchased outside. We will ask that if possible, shooter purchase as many tickets as they can at one time to minimize the number of contacts.  The same will be for shells.  Please plan on purchasing more than one night’s worth of shells at a time.
The plan is that these restrictions will be temporary and that in the coming weeks we can open the bar and club house back up and operate closer to what we are all accustomed to.  These plans may change as we address any issues that come up and as restrictions are lifted and altered in the coming weeks.
Again, the Board and the Trapshooting Committee would like to thank you for all your patience during this and your continued understanding as we work through this.
