LOOKING FOR SPONSOR’S:
The SCTP Middle & High School Trap Shooting Team is getting ready for their second shooting season in 2015. Athletes shoot from March 8th to June 28th this year. The SCTP shoot here at the Eau Claire Rod & Gun Club and they have tripled in members since their first year in 2014. They could use some help for the 2015 shooting season. Middle & High School Shooters are responsible for purchasing their own shells, and cost of their rounds of trap.
Lets see if we can help these Young school athletes out.
WOULD YOUR TEAM BE WILLING TO SPONSOR AN ATHLETE OR A SQUAD ?
Here are some ways teams or individual Club Member could help.
Bronze Sponsorship ------ $50.00 that would sponsor 1 Athlete’s targets for the year.
Silver Sponsorship ------ $100.00 that would sponsor 2 Athlete’s targets for the year.
Gold Sponsorship ------ $250.00 that would sponsor a full squad of Athlete’s for the year.

REVIEW OF 2014:
Each year Lee Mathson goes over the Handicap League score boards and makes a list of different items that he feels league shooter would like to see. Here are some of Lee’s notes.
Total 25 straights: Total of 406 25's were shot in the 2014 16 week league season, with 141 shot the first half and 265 shot in the second half. The fewest 25's were shot in week #2 with a total of 5. The most 25's shot was in week #11 with a total of 52.
The First three weeks a total of 24, 25's were shot and a total 87 were shot in the last three weeks.
(Note: The first three weeks it was windy plus Wednesday night some light rain on two of the first three weeks.) Just to show that we are poor bad weather shooters and very good, good weather shooters. One more of Lee’s many items is the Tie Scores. There were 44 ties in 2014 with most settled with the 6th score and a few 7th & 8th score. But two ties went to the 9th score to determine the winner. “Thanks” Lee for this information. We will have more of Lee’s notes on the 2014 season in future newsletters.
